Use of this site

This website is provided for informational purposes and to let you request a quote. You may browse it, print pages for personal use, and contact us. You may not scrape it, republish its content, or use it to build a competing site.

Quotes and estimates

Prices and ranges shown on this site are informational and are not offers. A binding price comes only from a written, itemized quote issued after somebody has looked at the property. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise on the document.

Scheduling and cancellation

Installation dates are confirmed in writing. If you need to reschedule, as much notice as you can manage is appreciated, and there is no cancellation fee for a job that has not been started. If materials have already been cut or ordered specifically for your house, those costs may be billed.

The performance guarantee

Where a written quote states a post-mitigation guarantee, that guarantee is what governs, and this website does not modify it. The standard terms are that if a post-installation test performed under proper closed-house conditions does not return a result below 4.0 pCi/L, the system is reworked at no additional charge. Alterations to the system by others, removal of the fan, or blocked discharge void it, for reasons that should be obvious.

Limitation of liability

Nothing on this website is a warranty. Radon measurement results describe conditions during the test period and cannot predict future readings, since radon levels vary with weather, season, occupancy and building changes. Our liability for any claim arising from work performed is limited to the amount paid for that work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota.
