What we collect

This site collects only what you type into a quote form: your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, your city, and whatever you write in the message field. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for marketing. There is no account to create and no login.

How form submissions are handled

Quote forms on this site are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, which relays your submission to our email. Formspree processes the data on our behalf and its own privacy policy applies to that processing. We retain quote requests for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of work performed.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party ad trackers. If basic analytics are in use, they record aggregate page views and referral sources and are not used to identify you individually.

Phone calls

Calls to the number listed on this site may be recorded or logged for quality and scheduling purposes. If you would prefer not to be recorded, say so at the start of the call.

Your choices

To have a quote request and associated contact details deleted from our records, call the number on this site or reply to any email from us and ask. We will confirm once it is done.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means the revised policy applies.
