Radon levels and test results

Any measurement result reflects the conditions present during that test. Radon concentrations change with barometric pressure, season, ventilation, occupancy patterns and structural changes to a building. No test guarantees future levels, and no mitigation system removes all radon. The EPA states there is no known threshold below which radon exposure carries no risk.
